Maintain refrigeration systems, troubleshoot issues, and manage service calls—all in one system
Whether it’s supermarket refrigeration, server room air conditioning, or industrial cooling systems—when your system goes down, every minute counts. Your refrigeration technicians need immediate access to all the information on-site: system history, refrigerant type, and the last leak test. And you, back in the office, need an overview of maintenance contracts, open service calls, and available technicians. SIMPL brings both together—with AI support, even in areas without network coverage.
Our customers
Does this sound familiar to you?
Saturday morning, 6:30 a.m. The manager of a supermarket calls: The refrigerated display case has broken down, and the merchandise is getting warm. Your dispatcher tries to find out which refrigeration technician is on call and who serviced the system last time. The information is in an Excel spreadsheet on the office computer—but it’s Saturday, and no one is in the office.
Your technician has performed the leak test, refilled the refrigerant, and checked the compressor. Now he’s filling out the test report on a pre-printed form—in the cold storage room at 4 degrees, with numb fingers. The refrigerant quantity? He has to estimate it because he doesn’t have the last fill record with him. The form will arrive at the office on Monday and be typed up—if it’s legible.
The F-Gas Regulation requires complete documentation: which refrigerant, how much, when refilled, when inspected. At the next inspection, you must be able to provide proof for every single system. Your documentation? Scattered across paper folders, Excel spreadsheets, and your technicians’ memories.
SIMPL brings structure to your refrigeration service business
SIMPL replaces paper lists, phone chains, and Excel spreadsheets with a single system. Service requests come in centrally—via phone, email, or directly through the customer portal. The AI automatically detects whether it’s a critical failure or routine maintenance and prioritizes accordingly. Your dispatcher can see on the schedule board which refrigeration technician is available, what qualifications they have, and where they are currently located. The technician documents leak tests, refrigerant charging, and measurement values directly on the tablet—even in the cold storage facility without internet access. And what about F-gas documentation? It’s automatically complete because everything is linked to the system.
“Thanks to SIMPL, the paperwork chaos in our company is finally a thing of the past. We now centrally record customer inquiries and orders, including all relevant service reports and maintenance protocols, in a single solution. This has not only given us full transparency over all orders but has also noticeably improved communication across the entire team.”

Maintenance contracts and leak tests – no appointment is missed
Supermarkets, data centers, restaurants, pharmaceutical companies—every customer has different systems, different maintenance intervals, and different requirements. SIMPL manages all maintenance contracts and automatically sends reminders when a leak test is due—categorized by refrigerant quantity, as required by the F-Gas Regulation. When fault reports come in, the AI determines whether the affected system has an active contract and automatically assigns the ticket. If a fault and a scheduled maintenance task coincide on the same system, SIMPL suggests handling both in a single service call.
Test report generated directly at the facility—even at 4 degrees in the cold storage room
Your refrigeration technician opens SIMPL on their tablet, views the job order along with the complete system history, fills out the checklist (compressor, evaporator, condenser, piping, refrigerant pressure), enters measurement values and the refrigerant charge, takes a photo of the nameplate, and has the customer sign off. The inspection report is complete before they leave the site. Everything is automatically saved to the system—complete and comprehensive for F-gas documentation. And if the technician prefers to dictate rather than type, the AI creates a structured report via voice input. SIMPL works offline—even in cold storage, the mechanical room, and the basement.
Every system with a complete history—from refrigerant to the most recent leak test
Every refrigeration system, every split-system unit, and every cold storage room is assigned a QR code. Your technician scans it and immediately sees: the type and quantity of refrigerant, the last leak test, any outstanding issues, and all maintenance reports. If recurring problems arise, the AI knowledge base searches past service calls for the same type of system and suggests proven solutions. Your customer can view their systems via the customer portal and submit a trouble ticket directly—with a single click instead of a phone call on Saturday morning.
